newbie

hey all, I am new here and new to working out. I am trying to get in shape and I want to get toned up, I have been doing the machines at the gym and would like to do some free weights but I am not sure what to do.
If anyone has any advice please let me know.
Thanks!

Welcome aboard dude. First things first, check out the stickies in the training forum. They were all written by people who are extremely knowledgable. That should give you a basic idea on where to start. Good luck!
