been out of the game
Hey, I'm a 20 year old semi pro basketball player. I had to retire cuz my knees gave out on me. I was kind of blessed with never really having to work out, but now that basketball is over, I dont wanna get fat and all, especially for my fiance.
Ive always been a lean kind of guy, 6'0 180-190 lbs. My best friend who is a trainer gave me a bucket of this N-Large2 stuff. I look at it and see weight gainer and I immediately told him to take it back and i don't want it, but he insisted that it was right for me. I'm not trying to be on world's strongest man on ESPN. I work out 5 days a week and run 4 times, so it's not like I'm some newbie into the gym, I just don't want to start taking this stuff and not accomplish my goals which are to get rid of a small gut, love handles, and maybe get a little bigger, but mostly cut. Oh and last week I just cut out soda from my life. I was killing a 12 pack a day just sitting in the penthouse. So should I stay with the N-large 2, or find something a little less MUSCLE CRAZY |

For your goals, I'd say drop the N-Large2... I believe my friend takes it, or used to take it, but he's 5'11 and ~160lbs and looking to get bigger... Even thought I'm trying to get bigger and put on more mass, I wouldn't use a weight gainer, they're full of simple carbs and sugar. You'd be much better off you make your own shakes with milk, oats, peanut butter, banana, whey protein etc...
