Hello all, im new and would like to say hi
Hey boys and girls, my name is James and i live in the UK.
Ive just started going to the gym a month ago and want to start training seriously. Im after some advice so hopefully im in the right place.

I'm in the uk, i've been around for a while but have been off due to injury for 6 years just started beck training, whats your training program? if theres anything i can think of to help training wise i will(i'm old school mind) just don't ask me about supplements i'm well out of touch with them need help with them myself...
