I've lifted weights for the purpose of tone for years. My buddy finally talked me into lifting to add mass, so I joined the gym across town. I caught the iron flu.

5'11" 220lbs.

supps, mass fx, Hyperdrol, X factor, multi vits, zero carb isopure prot.

I eat pretty good food but a little too much at times.

I've gained more strength than size but wife says I look bigger.

Tues shoulders
Thurs back/bis
Sat Chest/tris
Sun legs

Thanks should have done this about a month ago, but better late than never.

Lots of info on your site and trying to learn the unwrittens as far as asking questions, etc.
