the word tryna kinda threw me off but it's good that you have such a positive attitude. if only more people in my fat community had that.
I love it when a plan comes together.

Yeah, start by reading the stickies in the training and especially diet section. You can skip the neurological stuff right now, come back to that later.

Make sure your diet's in check and all foods are clean, then start cutting calories to 500 below maintenance. If you're good with diets, I suggest you do a carb cycling diet. Otherwise, I'd go with a low carb diet with a clean refeeding day once a week and high carb meals before workouts. Make sure you get plenty of protein in.

Training wise you can't go wrong with fullbody 3x a week, HIIT 1-2 a week and 1-2 moderate intensity cardio sessions. I really like adding in cardio on a cut, but if you don't, just lower the cals. 500 below maintenance 6 days a week is the rule of thumb. Training should be moderate-heavy volume, but don't neglect the strength training completely.

You could be losing 10 pounds per month of practically pure fat if done correctly. Make sure you weigh yourself at similar times. Before/after photos are even better.

Thanks for the advice. I been tryna eat clean for a month or so with one day a week eating anything. I usually take in about 1500 cals a day but i dont think im getting enough protein. The thing is I know I need 1 to 1.5 grams if protein per pound but I dont wanna gain ANY weight at all if its not muscle. And I have a sedatary(check spelling ) job with oncall hrs so I dont get to workout on a set schedule. My main goal is to look more like a swimmer/gymnast/football player with great abs and low bodyfat. Am I headed in the right direction.?

Well try 200-300 below maintenence first. 500 maybe a bit much. Especially if you are trying to keep that lean body mass!
