Hey Everyone.
I used to do body building to what i liked to consider a good standard but 6 years ago i broke both sholders in a bike accident after training them to exhaustion. i recently got the all clear to start traing again, now i know that my muscles have a certain amount of memory and i have made good gains so far but i'm very behind on the supplements side of things, at the moment i am just taking pure wheigh protien 3 times a day and eating 4 avaerage sized lean meals. I'm 250lb 6'3 with a 32" waist now putting some more body fat on in the process to gaining my old size of 280lbs (or greater)is something i'm more than prepared to do. My traing program is my old one that was designed with the help of kerry kays and david parry whilst they sponsored a my traing partner, i dont live in the same area and have no real contact with my old gym buddies so that is why i need all the help and advice i can get. In total please post any advice on supplements and pro horemone's readily available to get me on my way to my old size. Many Thanks Barbarian2000 |
