Hi from NZ

Just had a reminder saying I have not been active recently,actually,this is my first post.
I am a 69 years young,male bodybuilder,and I am presently training for my first competition (due on April 21).I have been going to the gym for about 3 years but having seen the improvements in my body,decided to try for a comp.
I'm only short 5'6" with a body fat ratio of around 7% at the moment,I do reckon I have a competive body so I'll keep everyone informed on how I go.

Many thanks for all the above and for the last poster (RexS),I come from Wanganui,that's about a 2 1/2 hr drive North from Wellington.

I would just like to say that I have competed in my first contest,and what a great experience,a high almost like no other and all the guys and gals were great,all of them being friendly and helpful.Oh,by the way - I did come first in my class 50+
