Hey from Scotland
Long time lurker of IM.com, asked one question in the past when speed skimming throught websites in search of a "Golden Program", Didnt find one (surprise surprise), so im sticking to a strength/hypertrophy one. Finally settling into to the IM forums, everyone here seems friendly so i think ill stick around.

Weight; 161 Lbs

Bodyfat; 16%ish
