    Thumbs up help am the wrong shape

    hello everyone
    am richie 6 foot 2 inches weighing about 15 stone 2 lb the thing is am kind of a shape of a pear as my top half is skinny i,e arms and chest and my lower part is large i,e my stomach. ive recently purchased some dumbells weighing up to 25kg and a sit up machine,am after some advice on what to lift to gain bigger arms,shoulders and chest i,e what weight and how many reps and how many sit ups would be required per day to shift this beer belly.I play alot of football so my legs are fine but do eat alot of rubbish so i'd also like advice on what to eat and when thanks
