hello
allow myself to introduce.....myself
. My name is Dee i am 22 years old from Texas. i am 6'1 and weigh a woping 330. my weight was never a problem because i was playing football so being big was a plus. but now that i am not playing football i need to get to a healthy weight(i want to be around 250 mostly muscle).i now work out 5 times a week and swim on one of my off days. i elliminated alot of things from my diet i eat mostly fruits and veggies and chicken and some lean beef. the thing i cant seem to get rid of is bread but i only have it a couple times a week and it is whole wheat. i do not take any supplements at the time, mostly because i am not sure what they do or what is in them. but hopefully being here i will find some good info.
