    Hi everyone

    Hi everyone at IM,

My Name is Attila and i live in Switzerland.

I stumbled upon IM Website through Altavista couple of Months ago, but wanted to aquaint myself to the Site before registering. I like it here sofar, and looking forward to learn alot about proper Workout and Nutrition.

I am also Big fan of Baseball, and especially the San Francisco Giants.....ok i know, we arent faring well right now but rest asured wel come back, cause there are still plenty of games to be played

Three years ago i was around 120 Kg at 182 cm, and rest asured i was disgusted by looking in the Mirror when i decided to try some Weight Exercises It took me some two Years to cut my Weight down to my current 82 Kg, and the best thing i can hold it there for a Year now. My Goal is to reach the 75-78 Kg Range and hold it there permanently.

You all have a great time, and thanks for the Help provided sofar.

Nice job on the weight loss! You lost a third of your freakin' body weight!

Don't worry too much about what your "target weight" is. You may find that you'll gain weight by weight training and look better for it.

A better indicator is body fat percentage. Have you had it measured yet?

You really should post some before and after pictures in your gallery. The people on IM really dig that sort of thing.

Oh, and start a journal. It'll help you stay consistent in your workouts, get the other members to give advice that will really help you, and will help you figure out what works for you.

    Welcome to IM, akiss49ers!
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

    Hi Doms,

Thanks alot, believe me it was a tough Job.

I read a couple of times that measuering Bodyfat percentage is more important than just losing weight! I will have it done, or do it myself.

I have some before Pics, but i am not quite sure whether theyre Articulate enough I post them today.
