I've never posted around here before, but I've been around for a couple of weeks now. I'm 6'4, and 259 pounds. I've lost about ten pounds so far from eating six times a day (as healthy as I can be at college, not a lotta options here, ya know?) and weights/cardio (I looked at the stickies and all). Right now, my goal is to lose some body fat. I'm not sure where I stand with my current BF level yet. Shiznit sent me here so I could learn some more about nutrition and how to train properly. So far I like what I've seen!![]()
