    Advice please (overkill?)

Hi, I'm trying to gain mass as well as endurance. I'm taking it in strides though. I am currently overseas and have tons of time on my hands to do this because I have nothing else to do.
I just wanted to know what anyone thought about this stacking method I'm about to use. I will be using:
    -Creatine Monohydrate
    -Tribuloid
    -Whey
    -N.O. Explode
Overkill? That is what i need help with. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

N.O. Explode already has creatine in it. Other than that, I don't see anything wrong with your stack. It's a pretty standard/solid stack IMO: Creatine, NO product, whey, and a test booster.

I would probably use the Tribuloid (if you already have it) up and then switch to something like the NHA Stack or an equivalent. Throw in a cortisol blocker if you're really trying to cut. Are you cutting or bulking?

Thanks for the input. I really don't know very much about weight training or supps. Just from what I've been reading on here. I'm bulking right now. Does N.O. have enough creatine in it though?
I have a questionable work out, at least I think. My partner says it's fine. Is it?
    day 1: chest & back
    day 2: rest
    day 3: shoulders & traps
    day 4: rest
    day 5: bi's & tri's
    day 6: rest
    day 7: legs
    day 8: rest
It sounds crazy to me but he swears by it. Is it just me?

I'd switch the tri's with back...so you pair back and bi's and chest and tri's. It's really not that unusual of a routine. In fact I'm doing it right now...liked it the first week.

Get your diet and training sorted before you even think about supps.

Thats just a split aswell, a program should detail exercises, sets, reps, intensities, rest intervals etc.

As a split goes though, it leaves a lot to be desired.

-3 Days for upper body, and only one for lower?

-In this split you are gonna overtrain the triceps and the shoulders no problem. The majority of pressing movements use both, and youre doing pressing 3 times a week.

Separate it into Push/Pull and Upper/Lower. Have these days:

    -Upper Pull
    -Lower Push
    -Upper Push
    -Lower Pull

And either do a 3 or 4 day a week split running through all of them in turn.

Read the stickies in the training section, there is way more depth into this stuff right there for you to read and learn.

I appreciate the advice. I know I need to change it up a little. I will check out the stickies. Still, can any one tell me if N.O. and Creatine will cause some sort of an over load?
