Question have no clue

hello everyone.I have been lifting and for around 2months and cardio 4 months.i want to get ripped.i weigh 167 67in slow at seeing results.Now i have a problem i had gastro bypass last yr. i can not eat 1200cal protein no problem low carb no problem.also any advise on a good routine?

My workout is every morning and evening 20 to 25 min cardio treadmill,stationary bike,elliptical.mon.morning flat dumbell press 5s x12r inclinedb press 5s x 12r,incline db flyes same pec deck same crunches 4s x 20hang leg raises 4x20. tues chins 4x4r lat pulldowns 5x13r mach rev flyes 4x13rseated rows 5x12r wedn mil press 5x12 db shoulder pres 5x10 db raises 4x8 shoulder shrugs db thurs seated db curls 5x13 vbar tric pressdowns 5x10 preacher curls 4x12 hammer curls 5x12 rope pulldown 5x12 concentration curls 5x12 kickback5x10 fri leg press 5x10 leg extensions 4x10 leg curls 5x12 calf raises seated 5x10or8 calf barbell raises 4x10.i workout light in the morning and heavy in the evening same routine just 2sets x 5 on everyone plus the cardio,so a total of 40 to 45 min of cardio

do to my surgery my diet is pretty good.i havent added up my daily cal intake but it's not over a thousand,my protein is muscle milk i drink around 3x a day 32oz that not including the power bars with no sugar low carbs.i dont eat fried food or junk i have to stay away from sugar food,well i try not to.on the weekend i might have a couple of cookies because my kids they say i look like a anorexic.
