Hi
New to the forum so thought I'd intro myself & say hello...
*skinny guy syndrome- 6'1" 170 but working on it *back surgery 4 yrs ago- ouch! *free weights VERY light weight for most of last year *started increasing weight in January this year *workout 4 days on 2 days off- thinking about changing to 2 days on 1 day off. *looking forward to reading the posts and benefiting from all the experience here!
