im new to this site and lifting and need tips

    Arrow im new to this site and lifting and need tips

    Need following:

    - A Menu of foods to gain some weight ( i weight 125 )
    - A weekly Workout plan


    Other info: I have recently turned 14 and i got to get riped for football which is required for varsity and i think im a little to skinny and not built for it so i want to put on as much as i can in 3 1/2 months and hopefully start on varsity before the season starts which is in august and im think of playing quarter back or wideout im like 5,8 or 5,9 and weight 125 so just help me out so i can get started asap

    Read the sticky topics in Training + Diet forums over and over again untill you understand them.

    Make a training program and a diet plan for yourself and post them in the relevant forums for advice/critique etc.
