I joined a few weeks ago, but did not post anything here. I'm from Halifax and have been doing some lifting for a year now, but just recently decided to become more serious about it. I'm only short 5'6" and weight 150 but my goal is to reach 160 or a bit more and lower my bf% (not too sure what it is now, just know it could be lower!). I'm looking forward to getting some good tips from you guys who know your shit (as I've already got some good advice from here). one more thing..Brodeur for MVP and Vezina!
