gaining weight after injury
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Ok .. Ive always been fairly thin but 6 months ago I was in a bad accident broke my collar bone and 3 ribs which put me out of action for quite a while. Now im really thin ..
I was just wondering what would the best way to kinda "start from scratch" i do tone pretty easy cos theres not that much to work on but after losing so much weight these past few months I really want to put some back on. I dont want to just bulk up quickly, id rather have a sensible long term plan to get back to a decent size.. ANY suggestions/recomendations would be appreciated.. |

PhaZEtwO welcome to IM!
to gain weight you need to be eating enough protein and a little above your maintenance level of calories, and of course train with weights, I typically recommend some type of full body routine for the first 1-2 months. |
