Hi, I'm new
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hi I'm new, I'm BoytonHeavy, but you can call me Boyton if you want. I have to disagree with the article caled ''maximum bodyweight and measurements'' or something like that, that I read here, in which it gives mathematical formulas to figure out you maximum potential as a drug-free bodybuilder. It says that for my height and wrist, ankle measurements, my arms should only reach up to 16.6''..Guess what, my arms are 18.25'' cold!
Look at Skip lacour, he has 20+'' arms and he is all natural! I used to think that way, that you can go only so far without steroids, that's not true, you can get huge without steroids! Maybe you'll never be a 300lb mass monster, but we can't be putting limitations to ourselves, look at Brad Gillingham, he deadlifted 859lbs at age of 40, and he is drug-free! He is also 6'5'' and weighs 330lbs, he is not lean, he carries some bodyfat, but he is definetly mostly muscle! I know people who have reached the 20'' mark on their biceps, and they did this the drug-free way. Don't believe everything you read, I used to think that way, and then I started to notice that my arms keep on growing, even though I'm 5'7'', with 7.25'' wrists and 9.5'' ankles! I'm not some genetically gifted person, I've just been working out for a while, and keep in mind my bf % is 6%. This mentality, that you can only get so far the natural way, it's what makes the young kids turn to steroids. I even know a 17 yr old kid who has 17.5'' arms, and he is pretty lean! All natural! Now, THAT'S SOME GOOD GENETICS... ![]() Last edited by BoytonHeavy : 05-26-2007 at 04:27 AM. |

Thank you Prince. I apreciate it, this forum seems to be awesome. I also want to add that I did not mean any direspect at all, I was just expressing my own opinion, that's all, and if others disagree with me, that's fine with me. I promise to behave and be cool with everyone, I believe we are all here to learn and share our experiences. Thanks Prince!
