You came to the right place. There are a lot of knowledgeable people here. Plus, there are some who use to be obese, but worked their way out of it. They should be able to help you out immensely. What does the "A F" in your name stand for? |

Cool stuff never heard of Jeddah before but looks like its a big place with lots of money. I want to go to Mecca sometime its got to be a pretty surreal experiance.
