Hey, I'm new.
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com So I was referred here by my friend Crescent. Anyway, I'm a 26 year old guy who is badly out of shape.
I'm 6'1" and 255lbs. I'm a heavy smoker and drinker, which I know i have to work on. Anyway, I've made the decision to get into shape. Monday after work, my friend and I will be enrolling at a local gym. I've already made some *small* changes to get me started: -drink mad water. all the time. no more soda or gatorade. -no more chips and junk food. lots of fruits and vegetables. -i've been grilling a lot of chicken. usually seasoning it with lemon pepper. So basically, I'm looking for any advice that a complete n00b needs. I'm extremely out of shape, and I don't want to have a heart attack or worse. I need to get better. I'm 26. I should be in the best shape of my life right now. thanks. -Mike K |

hi Mike K. greetings.
personally i would ease myself into a routine.concentrate on technique, and form while exercising.the rest will follow,if you stick at it. Exercise: you don't have time not to. |
