im new to training for 4 months i have been lifting at school and not making much gains i got a workout from a book and it is this. i bench 5 sets then curl 5 stes after that i do pushups then more curls with a cable thing. then i do situps for some sets and then do peckdek foe 5 sets. i do this 3 time a week. i am getting toned bnut not so much big plese help me to do better
