    new guy

    hello everyone. i,ve began lifting again and other then a shoulder & neck injury I am ready to go.

    i,ve lifted on&off since 15 but got out of it in 05.

    my biggest concerns are.A. what body parts on what dfay .B. my neck is a on and off pain from goofing around w a freind and the doc dont know whats wrong.

    so should i wait untill the pain passes (its been hurting 4 3 months) or work around it and what body part per day. I,ve herd of the push v.s pull concept but could you explain more.
