hey everybody. ive been looking around for just one decent forum to sign up for, and i was just about to give up and luckily i managed to stumble upon this one today :] so i browsed through the topics and whatnot and have been impressed. cool, experienced people and alot of good information that actually seems true. alot of forums just had 40 people rambling on about one subject and everyone thought everyone was wrong and they were right, and it just seemed to be more arguing then actually helping and informing. so im hoping to be able to get all the help ill ever need and then maybe even be able to help other sooner or later.
but for now i duno, im sean. i soon plan to discuss my weight, my reps, my eating schedule and my diet plan. but ill save that for another time and make a seperate thread for that cause im looking foward to getting some responses and tips, suggestions and whatnot.
but i will ask one quick thing (that hopefully doesnt take alot of explaining)
just something thats been in the back of my head and i dont wana lose it.
i recently cut my cardio down by.. a massive amount.
i went from 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the exercise bike..everyday.
and now i just hop on the exercise bike for 10 to 15 minutes,
and i dont even do that everyday. usually i do it one morning, then dont do it the next, and then do it again the morning after that. so its an every other day kind of thing.
obviously im trying to gain weight, so is this 10-15 minutes of exercise bike really going to effect it that much?
and also, i enjoy eating a bananna and drinking a whey protein shake in the mornings. so on days when i do my cardio, should i do this before or after the cardio?
like i said hopefully thats not a question that requires toooo much discussion. but its just a question that im gona go nuts over if i dont find out soon, hah.
anyways so far so amazing, i love this forum and plan to visit as much as possible.
