Hello folks! I am a 46 year old, former professional athlete looking to get back in shape. I'm on my way, feeling pretty good and looking much better than I have in years. I will be posting my first question in the supplement forum shortly.

Basketball. Drafted by the Denver Nuggets, but never played here in the U.S., went across the pond and played in Greece, France, Israel, Italy and Spain for 8 years.
