Hi. I'm new here . . .
Hello,
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brad. 32 years old. 6'0, 200 pounds. I've only been working out for a year, so I've still got a lot to learn and hope you guys can help me. Bodybuilding has already transformed my life, having dropped 180 pounds of fat, while actually putting on a little muscle size. (The pics are before and current). My goal it so be able to compete in 3-4 years, just to see if I can do it. Can't wait to learn and grow. |
