My name is Shanna, I'm 25 married (my hubby is on here somewhere), live in TX. I'm 5'3 125lbs, muscular not fat. I'm currently training for a 1/2 Marathon in December. I'm mostly running, 4 days a week w/ one day a week lifting weights. I'm currently looking for a good diet that will help me stay lean, but give me plently of energy to do my long runs. Any suggestions?

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something

Good, now go start a journal! Few things lead to success like a journal.

Very cool read.... Do you ever pack up on carbs before a run?
I find that I crash when I do that, but I am probably just grabbing the wrong carbs.
