Just a quick hello

to everyone out there. I joined these forums because I want to get back into fighting shape as well as get back into being healthy. My health has been really bad lately. I want to learn about the metabolism, how to increase it, burn fat.. also would like to see myths and facts about certain diets and supplements that are out there, that confuse new people like me and can cause adverse health problems. Thanks!
