Where should one start if they wish to shed about 100lbs? Should they start with nutrition? exercise? combination of both? This person I'm asking for has hypothyroidism, hypertension and anemia. They take medication for the hypertension and synthroid for the hypothyroidism and Iron for the anemia. I really do not want to suggest the LapBand surgery that so many people are going for. So if any of the pro's out there can suggest where to start, what to read.. anything like that I would appreciate it greatly and so would my friend. Thanks
