new and a diabetic
Hi how is everybody, first i am about 25 and i have been a diabetic for about 15 years i am very athletic and i weight about 150 i would like to know what effects creatine has on a diabetic? I used to take without any concerns and had no problem so i just thought i would ask. I am not new to lifting just new to the board

One of our better lifters is diabetic. I'm sure that he'll give you some good info. Post your question in the training forum.
