Definition and Pecks

Hey,
I'm 17 years old, been doing weights for a bout a year now... currently becnhing around 100kg with a spot, yet my pecks do not seem to be getting much bigger nor getting more defined?
Any techniques and tips on how to get more defined pecks ?
Also the trapez (muscle ontop of shoulders which joins to yuor neck, incase i spelt it completely incorrect) how do you get those more defined?
As stupid as it sounds, i want to get a body like the flaming torch * from The fantastic four lol.

Any ideas on how to become more defined please help?

I am only doing flat bench, should i be doing other? Inclince decline etc?

Yeah incline and declinned are a good idea and push ups, and for the traps try military press.

Weeman13 welcome to IM!

no exercise enhances definition, it comes from lowering you body fat, and this is done primarily through proper diet and nutrition.

Remember... you can't build much muscle while cutting and you can't lose mu ch body fat while building muscle. It's one of the other.

Also... decline chest exercises place ahigher emphasis on the lower pecs and cause a breast-like development. If you do any decline work at all I recommend you do it last in your workout, with Incline & Flat work done first (and with most intensity). The upper chest is very stubborn (i.e. reluctant to grow) so you really might want to do your incline stuff first.

Goal...... DL:500lb, Sqt:400lb, Bnch:300lb
Current.. DL:375lb, Sqt:335lb, Bnch:260lb
Weight: 185lb (up 25lb), bf=15%ish
Age:35 Training since 11/06 journal
