Hi everyone... some info on me... well, I'm a 5'11", 36 yr old male. I started training in June, 07 with a friend from work at 154lbs. I'm currently at 178 with roughly the same body fat which is very lean.

My gains have been all natural and very satisfying but i'm here to learn more and [possibly] share what i have learned if the situation arises. I know that different things work for different people... so i attribute my success to being lucky in discovering what my body responds to early in (at the beginning actually) of my "project" to get huge. To clarify; i'm not huge by any measure. I just don't get referred to as lanky anymore.

My goal is to be as big and scary as possible by the time my 2 yr old is at the dating age. You guys know just what i'm talking about. I wanna be a big, gnarly chewbacca looking sonufabitch when i come to the door and answer it to that little turd.

Anyway, thanks for the great forum.

Im thinking ahead of the lil turds...Ive told my 10 yr old daughter that she requires a license to have asex, and cannot obtain it until she is 30 yrs old! lol Wish me luck!
