Smile Newb What do I do? Where do I start

I am 18 years old I weigh 195 and am 5'10. I have alot of fat around my stomach area and thighs. I want to lose alot of my fat and gain muscle, and defanition. I Don't have troubles controlling what I eat... I don't eat very often sometimes 1 meal a day to possibly the normal three. I want to know where I should start, what should I do to boost my metabolisim without eating to much food? I am trying Stacker 3. Is that good?

Focus on putting together a really good diet plan first and foremost, as well as a balanced training program.

There are stickies in the relevant sections of this forum to help you, read them first.
