BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hi new here .I have a question regarding my forearms.I recently bought a dip type machine and after much strain did 10 dips but now my forearms are numb and will not allow me to do curls as my arms act like wet noodles.I hope i have not done any nerve damage .This was 2 weeks ago and forearms are still numb to a degree . Anyone ever hear of this thanks for any info.
