    New girl seeks training advice

    Hello

    I have just signed up to these forums so am saying hello.

    I am a 30 year old 125 lb female who has been lifting weights "with a purpose" for almost a year now (before that, it was half-hearted efforts and poor attendance).

    I hope to be searching this forum and asking lots of questions about achieving a lean muscular female shape.
