    ok here is my problem .i have been working out for about 2 years now but the last 6 months i have done this:
    chest and triceps one day,

    legs another day

    shoulders next

    and than biceps and back

    my question is am i overtrainging my bi and tri since i am doin those in the same day as chest and back should i switch it around meaning chest and bi and back and tri ?

    appreciate any help
