Hello people! Newbie here!

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I just stumbled on this forum tonight. I want to say that this has been one of the best reads in months. It seems like this forum has a lot of people who know what they are talking about. I'm new at the whole "going to the gym" thing and I really think that this forum can be a fantastic resource. I will be looking to lose some flab and gain some muscle mass in the next while and I want it to be a lifestyle change I will keep forever.

The only problem I am having is making up a routine. I want to work out five days per week about 45-60 minutes per day. I have been doing 25 minutes of cardio and another 20-40 minutes of weights. I have been watching some videos to get some techniques down but I wouldn't mind having someone hook me up with a routine. Any takers?
