Just wanted to drop my greetings to all who look at this thread. I am new to this board and I work in physical therapy and fitness. I just wanted to let anyone know if I can help them with injuries or nagging pains - just drop me a line. I look forward to hearing from those who wanna just say hey. Thanx for your time and have a great workout.
Hey Galjour58,( I hope I got it right, it's late and my mind is failing.)
First just want to say hello. I'm also fairly new. I have been a member for a while, but have not been very active on the forum. Since you are willing to help I'm going to go ahead and take advantage of your kindness.
I take dance classes and lately I have been having a bit of difficulty with my left leg. I talked to my dance instructor about it and she said that I most likely have a problem with my IT band. So I was just wondering if you knew of any stretches or exercises that would help to alleviate the stiffness/pain.
All the Best,
MCarty18
