    Hello!

    Another newbie to the forum.

    Not much to say, been a life long yo yo dieter, with the yo mostly going up.

    Doing what I can to make a drastic change.
    I have made some aggressive goals and am getting closer every day. I have worked out many times for many years, but never for a significant period of time. I am making the commitment to a helathly lifestyle. Working out will now be a part of what I do.

    Looking forward to learning more and getting leaner in the process.

    I will join in... will post my goals soon. I would also like to post a journal for others to give "constuctive" feedback... LOL.. can use all the help I can get.
