BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com hey I've been a member here for two years and this is my first post.
I am 37 years old and have been lifting for about 9 years.I am currently in school to be a nurse,with maybe 18 months to go. I am on other boards and I like this one too ,I just thought it was time to let myself be known. Currently I am at 168 lbs with maybe 8-9% bf, bench 270 and squat 405. I'll try to get some pics up soon since that looks to be the thing to do here. Its nice to be on a site with real bodybuilders who know what they are taking about. I hope that I can contribute something to this place as well as learn something. |
