BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com New to this board, but I'm on a lot of the boards. Always looking to better myself and help out where I can. I've been in the Iron game since the beginning of 1970, started competing in powerlifting in 1974 and still trying to compete today. I've seen alot in my time and I'll never give up training. I'm 50 years old and I respect anyone who has a love for the Iron.

Triple Threat, yes I started very young. It really started after 5th grade. I was a short fat kid and my gym teacher made fun of me. I couldn't even do one pull up. My hormones kicked in that summer and I grew to 5'8 and leaned out, I also started messing around with a barbell set that my parents got me,which was made out of cement. I didn't know what I was doing, but I had a copy of Dan Luries Muscle Training Illustrate and I was hooked. Of course now I'm beat up from injuries but still love the Iron. Plus I'm still 5'8.
