    What's Goin' On!!!!???

    Hello all. I was invited here by Chris Mason of At Large Nutrition. Looks like you have a great board and I look forward to learning.

    I am a Pro Strongman and Elite Powerlifter, but will be looking to get in better shape over the next few months. With the help of ALN and you all, I'm excited to get started!

    thanks guys - my pr's are as follows:

    Squat - 600 raw/875 equipped

    Bench - 405 raw/473 equipped

    Deadlift - 705 raw

    OH Push Press - 330

    Have various things we could talk about in strongman if you want, but those are the main lifts.
