I started out trying to loose weight after having kids and lost 45lbs and then was stuck so get myself a personal trainer and over the last 2 months have lost 23.5 inches all over. No weight lost yet but least the body is looking better. I have until August to get my body back and wow fellow workers with the annual works outing lol
