New Start - After Long Absence

    Hi IM,

I have not frequented this board for a couple of years, but with a bit more free time in my schedule I have re-started lifting and of course cutting all fat I have accumulated in the last 2-3 years

Its good to see the familiar faces of IainDaniel, pFunk and Jodi still here on IM, oh and Prince too

    Regards,
    Balin.
