Slow on the uptake
I'm trying to re-start my weight training after a long break. During my life I've had an opportunity to be coached by and work out with Olympic Gold Medalists and at the time didn't realize what an opportunity I had. Duh! Now I'm just trying to make up for many years sitting on a couch and not exercising. I'm 7 weeks into a weight lifting routine and hope to make this a regular part of my life.
