hey mates! Joe here, i am 20, love long sweat-drip filled work out sessions, and walks on the beach....

lol anyways!

just heard about these forums, been reading some threads and it sounds like there are alot of cool people on here, more so than my other forums (BB.com)

anyways, I have been working out since I was 13, Used to be a personal trainer for LA Fitness! I am enlisted for the United States Navy, get shipped to chicago in 2 months for basic but would love to get to know everyone and gain more knowledge!

That's just a little bit about me...

oh I once lost 40 pounds in 2 months for the weight requirement for the NAVY, through atro-phex / ketosis / and cardio ...mmmm goood!
