New guy from Michigan... I just finishing my Biology and Sports medicine BA and will be attending Chiropractor school as soon as I make up my mind as to where I'm going.

I was a personal trainer while in the military and a close combat instructor. The last time I was in iraq "i got dun blowed up" and had some injuries that took over my life for the last few years. I went from 5'10 195lbs at 8% to 5'9 (old age, lol) and 265lbs. God only knows what obese body fat i'm at now.

I just started back to the gym but I don't know anyone here in Michigan (I'm From California) that works out except the few motards at the gym. So far, just in the last few months i've been through 3 different workout partners. Cause they all suck donkey dong when it comes time to actually showing up or they want to talk my ear off.

Well that's about it for now... I look forward to helping out when I can

Wish me luck... Once I start dropping the lbs and building my base back up I'll post up a progress report.

Oh man, welcome home. Sorry to hear about your injuries...I do some work for the DAV, being I never heard of you, I assume you didn't lose any of your appendages.
