Another new member :)
Hey All
Saw this intro section so thought i would oblige. My name's Phil n im 23 from the UK, starting looking for tips on the net and come across this site/forum and was impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of you all so thought i would join. Been goin gym for a good 4 years now but only properly for the last minus 6months where i moved away travelling so im loving getting back into the swing of things at the minute. Looking to keep my slim waist line whilst adding a bit more tone and size to my upper body so keep the good info and work coming!!! Cheers!!! |
