It is nice to meet all of you, my real name is Ruben but my friends call me Uba. A little intro of me i am 20 years old i been working out on and off for about 4 years. I am 5'10 1/2 and way about 170-176lbs. I will post my work out and diet below. But as far as my goal goes I have a xtremely fast metabolism, if i didint work out i would probably weigh about 150lbs. My goal is to weigh maybe 200lbs a bit more would be nice. I am sure i can better my diet and work out routine. But I seem to have hit a platue, but from researching it is probably due to my diet and routine. So here it goes:
I work out 5-6 days a week.
I do all my work outs with 4 sets of each exercise with about 4-5 exercises each muscle. By the last set i push to failure.
To be honest I dont do any Cardio due to my belieft is i am skinny and all the fat/ calories I have i would like to apply them to muscle building.
I havent counted how calories i consume a day, but i eat about 4-5 FULL size meals, always very in what I am eating but i try to eat healthy for the most part i do (beef, chicken, beans, potato, subway, In-N-Out ahaha). I take protein once in the morning and again in the evening.
I dont take any supplements other than protein, I seem to be getting stronger but not really putting on weight. (ex i bench about 280 7x's 4 sets) incline about the same. i will measure my body for you guys to get an idea.
Any info on anything is greatly appreciated, I am open to any opinions I dont just want to hear what i want, please tell me the honest true i am here for direction not to act like i know what I am talking about.
I been thinking of taking M1-T but I want to hold off a bit and see if any advice I get will help out.
