Well that's how a inquiry should be written!

I received an order of test powder about 9 weeks ago. There was a hole in the package and the powder melted and leaked through. I talked to Pitt as soon as I received the order and he said it would be replaced. He confirmed my address on October 16 and that was the last I have heard from anyone. I thought that maybe my email wasn't compatible with safe-mail, so I made a safe-mail account and emailed you guys and still haven't heard anything.
I understand the nature of this business and how packages can take a while to arrive, but it's been two months since I've notified you guys, and 25 days since I've got any type of response from you guys.
I know you guys are a reputable company, and I'm sure this is just a misunderstanding.

I emailed you guys in November, December, and then again yesterday. Still nothing.

If I have to make another 44 posts just to explain to your company that you still haven't corrected the mistake you made NINE months ago then I'll just count my losses. I have been emailed several times by several different Olympus reps and told that this was being taken care of, yet nothing's happened.
I see a lot of happy customers on your board, and it confuses me why I'm being denied the same great service that they have been offered. I realize I'm not a big spender, and that's why I've been patient, but 9 months is a long time to wait.


Ezskanken and myself are the only 2 Olympus reps, neither one of us have ever heard of or from you. I asked you to pm one of us ACTIVE reps and you want to be a dick, so be it. And you have 5 posts in 9 months, you waited 9 months to complain, we as Olympus have NEVER been in the powder business. I think you are full of shit. Go try to scam someone else.
